CCI Quality Control and Quality Assurance Services include qualifying the suitability of products for their intended applications and use, providing detailed installation guidelines and architectural installation specifications to meet industry standards, building codes, and product manufacturers installation requirements. CCI will provide a detailed Quality Control Plan, on-site quality control inspectors and inspections, and on-site installer training.
CCI creates Quality Control Plans and provides the associated forms and processes for documenting and verifying that the ceramic tile and stone tile or slab installations are being installed correctly. CCI uses seasoned ceramic tile and stone installers as the on-site quality control inspectors. CCI also provides on-site and off-site training of installers to certify they understand and are qualified to install the ceramic tile and stone tile and slab products.
